LaBlast® Fitness is a partner-free dance fitness workout created by world-renowned dancer and coach Louis van Amstel (as seen on Dancing with the Stars). It’s accessible for every level—from absolute beginner to experienced dancer—set to music you love across pop, rock, hip-hop, country, and more.

  • Learn patterns, not choreography—mix, match, and make it your own.
  • No partner needed—just show up and move.
  • All levels welcome—keep it low-impact or add jumps and power.
  • Optional weights—light or heavy for a cardio-plus-strength boost.
