LaBlast® Fitness has always been focused on the health of its students and instructors. Therefore, we are following strict guidelines and rules to make sure that everyone feels as comfortable as they can during the convention.
Actions we are taking during LIFCON:
- Temperature checks at the entrances of each class and seminar
- Social distancing floor plan created adhering to CDC guidelines

You must be a certified LaBlast Instructor to purchase a ticket to LIFCON2020. If you are interested in attending as a student, check out our LaBlast Friends and Family Retreat.
Please make sure that you are logged in to your LaBlast account to purchase LIFCON, it will not allow you to complete the purchase if you are not logged in.
The pre & post cons are certifications that bookend LIFCON. Splash and Fitness will take place at the beginning of LIFCON on Wednesday, July 15. Line Dancing will take place at the end of LIFCON, on Sunday after the closing.
LIFCON2020 will be held in St. Pete Beach, FL, at the Don Cesar Hotel.
The convention will take place from July 15 – 19, 2020. (Wednesday – Sunday)
- Please note that the start of LIFCON is Wednesday evening, beginning with Check-In.
- The end of LIFCON will be Sunday morning with the last class.
You may request a refund. If you cancel your registration two weeks (14 days) or more before LIFCON, you will incur a $75 USD cancellation fee. A $100 USD cancellation fee will apply for all cancellation requests received within 13 days or less from the start of LIFCON.
