Certification FAQs
- LIF Subscriber Refresher: An instructor that is in good standing, a LIF subscriber, wanting to observe and take another certification.
- Refreshers pay $99 to participate in the certification. They receive a certificate of completion and ACE/AFAA/NASM credit (+ AEA for Splash refresh), but they do not receive 2 months of LIF.
- To register a Refresher, use coupon code: refreshearly (more than 2 weeks before certification) or refreshregular (within 2 weeks of certification)
When offering a scholarship spot, please make it very clear that the scholarship covers the cost of the certification ($249 value) and includes the 2 months of LIF content. They must register online for the certification, which requires adding credit card information because after 2 months, they start
paying for LIF just like everyone else (you’d be surprised at how many scholarship recipients have been confused about this, thinking that they
get “LIF for life”).

- You will receive a Google Sheets roster prior to your certification. This roster is updated by the office every time a new enrollment comes in. This
is the roster we need you to complete and send back during the certification day. We will not accept email lists, texts saying “everyone is
here”, etc. It MUST be the Google Sheet. - On the Sheet, there is a checkbox by every registrant, if the participant attended the certification, “click” the checkbox. If the participant is affiliated with the host site, also place an X in the “Host” column so we can maintain host site information.
- Email the roster to info@lablastfitness.com , no later than lunchtime on the day of your certification.
- For each day after the certification that the roster is not complete, $25 will be deducted from your final invoice.
Master Trainer is responsible for sending deal memo to LaBlast office. Do not assume that copying one of us suffices as being sent in. Your email
confirms your acknowledgement of the deal memo.
