REFUND POLICY

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR CERTIFICATION:

  1. You may request a refund. If you cancel your registration two weeks (14 days) or more before your certification date, you will incur a $20 USD cancellation fee. A $75 USD cancellation fee will apply for all cancellation requests received within 13 days or less from your certification date or any time after your certification date.
  2. You can transfer your registration to another certification. If you transfer two weeks or more before your certification date, there will be NO transfer fee due at the time of the transfer. If you transfer less than two weeks from your certification date or any time after your certification date, there is a $20 USD transfer fee. To proceed with your transfer, please contact Customer Support directly at 951-382-0172. (Office Hours are M-F 9am-5pm PST, Closed most major holidays)

In the unlikely event LaBlast® Holdings LLC reschedules or cancels a training event all registrants will receive an option to transfer registration to a newly rescheduled date or obtain a full refund of payment made with no additional charge. By enrolling you agree that rescheduling or refund is the sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any cancellation or rescheduling by LaBlast® Holdings LLC.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND LIFCON or RETREAT:

You may request a refund. If you cancel your registration two weeks (14 days) or more before LIFCON, you will incur a $75 USD cancellation fee. A $100 USD cancellation fee will apply for all cancellation requests received within 13 days or less from the start of LIFCON.
