A highly interactive session where Louis teaches you know to create more variations within existing patterns. Different dances will be covered in 1 & 2.
How to communicate to members what comes next in a Group Fitness class. In this session, Louis will cover: How to anticipate cueing, whole-body cueing, and cueing in mirror teaching.
To provide a safe class environment, you need to provide your students with their own personal space. Louis created “The Rectangle” plan. In this session, he will dive deeper into how to creatively incorporate variations of existing and new patterns within the 48 sq ft rectangle.
Gain a deeper understanding of form and execution of various LaBlast patterns as they would be performed in ballroom dance. Learn how to apply these technique tips to your classes without losing the energy of the dance fitness class experience.

Melissa and Emma will take you through the steps of creating a Zoom meeting with the best settings for optimal video and sound quality.
Throughout the course of COVID-19, there have been certain tips & tricks that LaBlast® HQ has figured out and learned, and we want to share them with you. Music quality is a huge concern, and there are Zoom settings that can help with this.
Louis will share his media training in how to bring life & personality to your virtual LaBlast® classes, even if you’re talking to a camera.
This session will show the effect of using different BPMs such as full-time/half-time during the same song. It will also show how to create a deeper workout and add to the intensity of interval training.
