When offering a scholarship spot, please make it very clear that the
scholarship covers the cost of the certification ($249 value) and includes
the 3 months of LIF content. We need to take their credit card information
with the Scholarship Deal Memo because after 3 months, they start
paying for LIF just like everyone else (you’d be surprised at how many
scholarship recipients have been confused about this, thinking that they
get “LIF for life”). The back end of our system will trigger when this
payment begins, based on the date of the certification.
