Traveling with Goals

Summer is the season of weekend trips and unplanned meals.

I’m so excited for summer. I mean, who isn’t.

I also am aware that I’m going to have to make conscious decisions to further my weight loss goals.

Something that not many people know is that, if you’re working towards a goal that means a lot to you, you’re going to think about it often, and it’s going to consume your entire LIFE.

And I truly mean, entire life.

But, it’s worth it because at the end of the day, I would rather meal prep and workout hard, than eat fast food and take 8 naps.

Over the last four years, I’ve compiled a list of tips and tricks that help me stay the course, even when things aren’t planned.
